St. Agnes-St. Dominic Names New CFO Amy Keith

St. Agnes Academy-St. Dominic School is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs. Amy Keith as Chief Financial Officer. In this key leadership role, Mrs. Keith will be responsible for financial management and reporting, as well as operations including HR and risk management.
She will work closely with the President, Leadership team and Board of Trustees developing long-range goals and objectives and formulating and administering school policies
“Amy brings deep financial experience, professionalism, and a track record of achievement,” said President Tom Hood. “She is an energetic, collaborative leader who will help guide the school’s strategic financial vision. We are excited to welcome her to our community.”
Mrs. Keith is an experienced controller with over 20 years of experience in financial accounting for public and privately held companies. Most recently she was the Controller at MODE Transportation, a transportation and logistics company with over 100 offices throughout North America. Additionally, she has experience in the nonprofit sector having served as Finance Chair on the boards of several area nonprofit organizations. Mrs. Keith received a BBA in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from the University of Memphis. She and her husband Owen have three children, William, Nicholas, and Emily.

I’m excited to be joining a community that will allow me to utilize my finance background to help prepare the leaders of tomorrow while also allowing me the opportunity to grow both professionally and spiritually.”
