SAA Theatre Honored by Orpheum with 14 Nominations

The St. Agnes Academy Upper School Theatre Department earned 14 Orpheum High School Musical Theatre Award nominations, the most in school history, for its recent production of the Addams Family. Nominations include Outstanding Overall Production, Outstanding Lead Actress, Outstanding Supporting Actress and Outstanding Direction by a Teacher. The awards will be presented at the Orpheum on May 23, and many of our students will have the opportunity to perform on the historic Orpheum stage during the awards show.
The Orpheum High School Musical Theatre Awards program supports, promotes, and celebrates high school musical theatre throughout the Mid-South. The program aims to provide access to arts education, create opportunities for self-expression, develop relationships between schools and the Orpheum, encourage collaboration, enhance excellence, build community, and instill a lifelong passion for the arts.
