St. Agnes "FriendsGiving" Tradition Continues
02 Dec, 2019
The St. Agnes Academy Upper School held their annual FriendsGiving- St. Agnes style! Upper School students and faculty signed up with their friends in groups of three to “fill a bag and fulfill a need" for students and their families at the Perea School. Each bag contained ten basic Thanksgiving foods, including cornbread, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, and a handwritten note to the family.
Over sixty bags were filled, giving the families at Perea the opportunity for a memorable Thanksgiving and spreading a spirit of gratitude and thankfulness throughout the Upper School halls. FriendsGiving is a project that was organized by the St. Agnes Student Government.
