Extended Day Activities, Enrichment Classes, and Holiday Care Information 2024-2025
*Please note: To participate in EDA at any time during the school year, you will need to register your child and pay a $25 annual registration fee.
We know how busy life can get for our families. That is why our dedicated team is here to provide a safe, fun, and supportive space for children after school. Our Extended Day program offers a balanced mix of academic support, outdoor play, extracurricular activities, and snacks. Students in grades PK2–8 can join on an annual or drop-in basis.

Before School Hours
- Start Time: 7:00am
- Drop-off Locations:
- PK: PK2 Classroom
- PK & JK: Room 160 in the ECC
- K-8th Grade:
- M/W/F - Room 103 with Mrs. Henson
- T/TH - Room 101 with Mrs. Hamer
- End Time:
- 7:45am for ECC students
- 7:30am for K-8th grade students
All students will be walked to their classrooms.
After School Hours
- Start Times:
- 2:30pm for PK2
- 2:45pm for PK & JK
- 3:00pm for K-8th grade students (Wednesdays - 2:00pm - early dismissal)
- End Time: 6:00pm
Sign in/Sign out
- Your child will be signed in each day they attend EDA.
- ID is required for anone unfamiliar to our EDA staff.
- If someone not listed on the Registration Form is picking up your child, you must send a written note beforehand.
Please walk your child into EDA in the mornings instead of dropping them off in front of the building.
Drop-Ins for ECC and K-8th Grade
We understand that sometimes you need occasional care. We welcome drop-ins to our EDA program. New participants to EDA can register on Camp Brain here, or contact Liz Anglin at langlin@saa-sds.org or 901-435-5817 with questions. There is a $25 annual registration fee. Drop-in fees are $30 per day and will be automatically drafted your Camp Brain account on Wednesdays.
Athletic Care
EDA is available for students in our SAA-SDS athletics programs who need care until their practice or game begins. To register, please contact Liz Anglin at langlin@saa-sds.org or 901-435-5817. There is a $25 registration fee. Athletic Care fees are billed monthly through your Camp Brain account and vary based on schedules.
Please note: Students already registered for EDA do not need to add Athletic Care; it is included in the EDA cost.

From music, art, and STEM to chess, martial arts, and ballet, enrichment classes are offered to students throughout the year on campus after school.

2024-25 Fee Schedule
All fees are subject to change as we are updating information for the 2024-25 school year.
A non-refundable annual registration fee of $25.00 per child is required with your registration form. The cost of EDA will be automatically drafted from the bank account associated with your Camp Brain tuition account. Be sure to indicate on your registration your preferred payment plan. There are three options for payment plans; monthly (9 months total), semi-annually, and a one-time payment. Please contact langlin@saa-sds.org with any Camp Brain questions.
